It should. They're pretty universal.

Yea that's what I thought but after reading these reviews below, I don't think it will. I had some Reward Zone points to burn and wanted to get Max a holder that fit in a cupholder.

This cradle works perfectly for my phone HTC Evo3D with TPU case. However, it is already set at the absolute widest setting, so if my phone was even 1mm wider (like if I had a Galaxy 2, Nexus, etc.) it wouldn't fit​

Great portable cup holder. The reason its not getting five stars is because I thought it would fit my Samsung Galaxy S2 but it does not. It will snap in there with some struggle but I wouldn't recommend it. It did however work great from my wife's Iphone 4S.​

**S2 specs I saw was 2.6" wide. Maxx is a whopping 2.71, so if he says it wouldn't hold an S2, then Maxx is out.

Yeah it def would be out. Measure twice cut once. Aren't you glad you did some research first.
