You can't buy one now. They're all recalled until the new batches with improved batteries and QC arrive.

While I personally think the Note7 is a great phone (and the best one Samsung has made yet, minus the battery fires), I would say that it might be best to wait it out for a bit.

It did suffer from some teething issues at launch, though they should be resolved by the time the new units arrive. That said, I would still say wait it out for a bit until users get their replacements and report on them. $850+ is a lot of money to spend on a phone, so I'd recommend waiting.

O I totally agree with the Mod-D13 H4R D2L 1V3 that..Wait patiently
it will pay off--My Impression is that SamNote7 it won't recuperate
ontime to compete, with iPhone7: Its best bet is get ready with
the SNote8-Next yr. Buyers will think twice before spent $850

Search around different places. From the Carrier Stores - even have them do a search of their surrounding stores for you!
Search your local retailers (Got mine on a fluke at Best Buy where they only had one Silver model in stock (SNAGGED IT THEN & THERE!) Luckily it wasn't the Rose Pink model eh?

My vote is GO GET ONE!
If you need an installment plan payment system - Do it thru your carrier (I also did mine thru Best Buy to carrier) but if not look on Amazon for good buys or simply do a search on whatever Search Engine you use for availability of them. I am so thankful to have gotten mine, and finally gave up my iPhone 6s Plus to my wife since I just didnt jive w it (Despite using ALL Macs at home for Laptops & desktops too!) Lol. It feels GGrRRREAT to have the Samsung back in my hands again IMHO!
