You can't buy one now. They're all recalled until the new batches with improved batteries and QC arrive.
While I personally think the Note7 is a great phone (and the best one Samsung has made yet, minus the battery fires), I would say that it might be best to wait it out for a bit.
It did suffer from some teething issues at launch, though they should be resolved by the time the new units arrive. That said, I would still say wait it out for a bit until users get their replacements and report on them. $850+ is a lot of money to spend on a phone, so I'd recommend waiting.
