Would Using Android Auto Resolve my Bluetooth Issues

I have a Subaru Legacy with bluetooth audio. It generally works very well for phonecalls, music and podcasts. Worked great with every phone I have owned over the past six years: LG, Samsung, Huawei, IPhones, etc. However, when one particular model phone connects via bluetooth, phonecalls have a lot of static, while music and podcasts are okay. I have tried three different phones from this model and all had the same issue.

So here is my question: would using Android Auto be one way to get around this problem?

Bluetooth is still an inexact science and there are compatibility issues still. Try it and see perhaps...
