Would you buy this house?

No, that's why we built our house. Nobody here but family ghosts.

Yep, we dug pretty deep, no Indian burial grounds, although Rick is Indian he could have communicated with them. ;)

Need i remind you of this?
About a year ago, Rick and I were sitting in the living room, just us, no animals, nobody else. We heard something hit the kitchen floor. We looked at each other and I got up to see what it was. I found a rock, the size of a small lemon in the middle of the kitchen floor. I called Rick in and we both looked at it. He said, 'someone just sent a message'. Shrug. Message received.

Last week, a picture fell off the wall. For no reason. The hanger was intact, the screw it was hanging on was still fully imbedded into the stud in the wall. I called everyone, just to make sure they were ok. :p

beautiful house, not a bad price either. is that a real listing though?

I agree, it's a real nice house, and as far as I know, it's a genuine listing.

I would take a chance and buy it if I was in the situation to, and you're right, pretty good price.

as would i. the price is decent, and the house is nice. plus it was built back in 1901 which was when they made houses to last. the only reason i asked if it was real was because i don't see people putting "Slightly haunted. Nothing serious, though. e.g. The sounds of phantom footsteps. A strange knocking sound followed by a very quiet (hardly noticeable, even) scream at 3:13am, maybe once a week. Twice a week, tops. And the occasional ghastly visage lurking behind you in the bathroom mirror. Even still, this occurs very rarely and only in the second floor bathroom."
this reminds me of a listing i saw on craigslist before i moved. it was a nice house in a decent neighborhood for $1000 a month. so i inquired about it and i got a reply. they wanted my bank account information and so on so they could overnight me the keys.

Believe it or not, I'm pretty sure some places require you to mention if you think a house is haunted when listing it for sale. If not and the buyers are then haunted, they can take legal action against you.

i am assuming that would be correct, provided you knew it was haunted.
