Just saw the preview for the 4.2 update. Impressed!
The button functions and layout, which currently I hate (according to my personal preferences) are now graduating to excellent. Point to the One because the S4 still uses a physical home button (yuck.)
Sense vs Touchwiz: Point goes to the One
Performance: I don't have to enter the settings menu on the One and disable animations just to have my phone's UI perform at optimal levels. Point goes to the One
Note that I didn't mention SD cards and removable battery because I don't care, never have, never will, and don't care if you care.
