Wrong Country Selection for Software Update

Hey Guys

I just bought Note 2 while i was setting it up, i went to settings> About Device> Software Update> It asked me for a country and by mistake a chose the wrong country. Therefore while i click Update i get the following message: "Access to the software update service is provided to users in the order in which they request it. Try later"

is this is a normal msg?

Im not sure how to change the country for the software update without resting it for factory settings.. anyone knows how?

Note: My Note 2 is 4.1.2
which i might be up to date but i cant check for software updates in the future

There have been a few updates since 4.1.2 came out. They are security fixes for the exynos exploit that was found awhile back. I believe a kernel update that shoud address battery life and a few baseband upgrades.

What country and carrier model do you have?
