WTF happened to my G2..."tap to restore widget"

I took the G2 out and I got a page that gave me options that included my IMEI number. Anyways I canceled it restarted and my WidgetLocker and Home Screen widgets were gone but was given an option to restore.

Are you running Nova Launcher? That's the only place I've seen that message.

I saw that message when I first set up Nova Launcher and tried to import the layout from my stock launcher. I think the "Tap to Restore Widget" is a kind of placeholder that Nova Launcher uses, because it knows something is supposed to be there, but it can't automatically import it. So you tap it and select the widget that was there in your original layout.

I could be wrong but I believe those are just place holders that the dev uses to show that there were widgets there after a restart, and tapping on the space should restore them. If they're customized widgets I've had a hassle sometime getting it to restore right.

I thought I screwed up my G2, it was in my pocket and thought I activated something...like Rooting(?). LOL I read something about pressing the power button & volume rocker...

It's all good nothing worry about.
