I just saw this update was paused because I'm not currently on wifi. I'm not on the beta builds.

Yes, I just got off a chat session with them. Was told a few other people have reported it as well but it's nothing to worry about and to allow it to install.

Looks like you have next month's internal security patch that is meant for Google employees to test.

Edit: you can be from 2 weeks in the future with July security patch.
