Wth? Battery draining issue was resolved for 3 months... Now starting again!

I can't believe this phone is acting up again. I had used all tips and had 3 months of consistently excellent battery life. Now I'm dropping from 100% to 20% in less than 3 hours of moderate usage. This is absurd. I am verizon with 5.0.2

It says my software is up to date and no update is available....

I would clear the system cache and see if that helps. Clearly something is wonky to have that kind of drain
