First I must say the HTC Incredible lives up to its name, I have not been happier with anyphone ever and I am not selling mine without take a big loss. Recent issues necessitate it and I will still be in the Android world to some extent.

but i am confused, your saying you need to get rid of it cause you need the money? cause you say you love the phone. and is 9.5/10 the condition of the phone or your rating of the phone (as in all droid incredibles?)

Sorry for the confusion, let me clarify. Love the phone, but my company gave me a corp phone so I cannot afford to have two SMARTphones, let alone pay for mine which will rarely get used now.

The 9.5/10 is condition of the phone. It is in perfect shape but I really can't say 10/10 for condition since its not a new in box unit.

You got it, I have already moved my phone # over to my old backup phone and wiped my Incredible. I can display the device at the activation screen and then the back of the phone and battery compartment.
