It's unlocked. Not sure about CDMA but yes on GSM. I'm using it on TMO.

so I looked up the phone and wanted get your feedback on the display. I read it is only HD with 373 ppi. Since you have used it could you tell me If it has made videos less enjoyable/ hindered you from enjoying it any? is it noticeable compared other devices?

The display has been GREAT for me honestly! It big and videos show great on here. But I haven't had quad HD or whatever so I wouldn't know the difference.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't want lead you on or upset you I can't get this today but i am in the market though I'm looking for a good upgrade. Probably be purchasing a couple weeks out.
