Wy isn't my phone compatible with SDcard.

Hello I bought new mobile phone ASUS ZenFone 2 ZE500CL and I wanna use my old SDcard (ADATA 32 GB), but when I insert it nothing is happening I cant find it anywhere in storage. Can you please help me?

I had to go to my service provider when I did the same. Some providers have to activate the card to work for your new phone.

Although specs only qualify 64GB MicroSD as max, you should be able to use up to 128GB as long as it is formatted as FAT32.
Zenfone 2 supports microSD, microSDHC, and microSDXC, with speed class up to Class 10.
