X Enrollment Notification

Since the Android 11 update, have noticed that this notification started popping up:

"X Enrollment Running in the Background"

Seems like a Google process based on my online search, so I didn't think much of it at first. However, it is kinda getting annoying after a while.

Anyone else encountering this?

Yeah, I see that as well. I think that's something to do with open Roman of Google Assistant. I will see that on my Pixel 3 XL with Android 11, my Google Assistant has rolled back to the older version of Google Assistant if that makes sense. Which is slightly annoying. Not the on-device faster version of Google Assistant.

On another note, I do hope they would give us Pixel 3 users the new Pixel 4 assistant as well. Looks better and will probably use it even more.

They did, but it also just reverted back to the older Google Assistant in my phone now for a few days which is slightly annoying...

They did? Wow! Never happened for mine... Maybe this is a sign that they will soon release it for Pixel 3

Yeah, it's weird for me. About two weeks you don't like Pixel 3 XL, I noticed that the older UI of Google Assistant was on my phone! Now do I care? A little bit but it's not a deal breaker obviously since it's all software on our phones at the end of the day... Lol. The newer assistant runs so much faster and more reliably. So it is what it is I just hope that the new assistant comes back sooner than later...
