Xbox One USB controller not detected by LG Stylo 3 using OTG cable

I am trying to connect my PowerA wired Xbox One controller to my LG Stylo 3 using an OTG cable, and the phone is not detecting the detecting at all, no buttons work. I know it is not a problem with the cable, because my Logitech DualShock controller works (albeit terribly). Has anyone else had this issue? How can I fix it?
