Xfinity Mobile Sim Swap Note10+ not working

I have a Note 10 and my wife has a Note 10+ (both unlocked from VW) and are both on the same Xfinity Mobile account. I swapped my SIM card from my Note9 BYOD (switched from VW) to the Note 10 and it fired up, restarted, changed all the info over to XM automatically.

Not so the case for my wife's Note10+.... sim swap from her Note8 BYOD to the Note10+ and phone/text work, but phone still says Verizon when started up, etc. LTE and data DOES NOT WORK!

Any suggestions on what to look for? What to do? Anyone dealt with this before? Had hoped for similar swap result for her too...
 
Ask tech support to change the "phone of record" on your wife's number to the Note10+. (You'll probably have to start with customer service.)
