Xiao Mi 9 - How do I make it more Business oriented?

I have just bought a Xaio Mi 9. It is a great phone, but I am struggling to find the right apps for it. I had two Blackberry Privs before and am used to the advanced functionality of a business phone. First I need an email hub as I have a number of different email addresses. I am currently using the Blackberry one, but it does not give the same functionality with the Mi9 version of Android.

I also need to sync my contacts and calendar between my Mi9, Desktop (MS) and iPad.

Can anyone recommend Apps/software that can help me with these problems?
