Xiaomi mi box s, problem with VPN

Hello,

any body tried on mi box s CyberGhost VPN app? I tried but it is not working. The app said it's conected but really not. If I try other services such as ExpressVPN the app is working properly. Do you know what could be the problem?

No idea. I just signed up to test it. I'm in the US, but going through one of their Germany servers, and running speedtest.net, I got

Ping 130 ms
Download 146.25 Mbps
Upload 9.37 Mbps

Maybe try uninstalling the app, restarting, then reinstalling it?
