Xiaomi MI10t lite hdr playback

Can anyone advise or test their own mobile?

I have an Xiaomi MI10t lite mobile. Plays 4K/hdr through Amazon prime video etc but won’t play 4K/hdr through Netflix even though I pay for that service and works fine on my other mobile. Spoke to Netflix and Xiaomi and can’t get a answer.

I don't have the 4k option on my Netflix account , but does it give a error ?

No errors. Just show playback in HD. My other huawei mobile plays HDR perfectly fine. When you go into the app settings under playback only shows HD. Huawei shows HDR.

Maybe try clear data and force stop Netflix to rule out the app itself causing this, it will reset everything and have to log back in .

Thanks. I’ve done that and deleted the app and reinstalled it but having the same problem. Even my daughters iPhone plays hdr. Shame as I like the phone otherwise.

Maybe try again with Netflix and try get them escalate it
