I am wondering if anyone is experiencing these issues. I am connected via wifi at home and get a constant 9-10 MB dl on my Comcast internet using a Netgear dual band router. Every time I watch a video on YouTube or on Google movies or on the internet there is constant dropouts and video buffering. Do I have a defective unit or is this just what it is. I don't have and apps but a few games and I am NOT rooted. This is very annoying, please help!!

I see this occasionally, bordering on rarely... nowhere near every time. There is always a short delay as the video first buffers up, but it is smooth sailing after that. The same thing happens on my home PC.

Can we assume this delay does not occur on your home PC or notebook?

Also, is it safe to assume your other systems are not doing something internet intensive while you are playing the video?

no, just my xoom on at this time. The dropouts occur during video. I see the play bar having a substantial gap between where its at in the video and where its playing at and the its starts buffering. Not every time, but 80% of the time.
