Xoom Flash Problem/Revelation

I have been using Flash 10.3 with limited success. At times, videos will play fine and other times not at all or just audio only. I stumbled across something recently that helps but there must be a better solution. When I launch a video, some of the graphics load but the typical "snapshot" of the video along with the play button are not visible. At this point, I start blindly tapping the bottom right corner of the video box looking for the full screen icon. After a few taps I usually find it and the page turns to full screen. At this point, the video and play button appear and everything works fine. I have tried reinstalling Flash, rebooting, different browsers, etc., but the inconsistency remains. Anyone else notice this phenomenon or have potential solutions? Thanks.

I have that snapshot problem also but recently it has gone away. What I usually did was either refresh the page or close it and reopen it - what a hassle that was....

flash constantly crashes and when i open the browser again i get a distorted web page it looks like when u get a really bad picture on your old tv tube

It took me 3 months but I finally solved the Flash Player problem. There is an option in the browser settings that fixed everything. Under debug (using about:debug to enable this), there is a setting called "enable openGL rendering'). I checked the box, reloaded the browser and now all sites that use flash load perfectly. I have no clue what openGL is but enabling this option was the key. I hope this helps others with flash problems.
