Hey guys! Just thought I'd post a thread where we can discuss our favourite features on the Xperia Z-
I for one am just amazed at how responsive mine has been, just got it 3 days ago, and it's awesome. Also, with stamina mode on, I'm currently at 48% battery level and that's after a full day of checking e-mail, texting, browsing, gaming just a bit, and downloading some apps.

Size/design - for being a "black slab" people seem to notice it (not as much as my Note 2 though). I'm really digging the keyboard - small enough for 1 hand use yet big enough for both thumbs & the Swype functionality works really well in my opinion.

Definitely agree with you on this one, pretty impressed with Sony's (?) swipe-keyboard, prediction is 99% accurate, and that's including bilingual mode :D

I know that this might be too much on the nose but, one feature that drew my attention and influenced my choice is the XZ's imperviousness to dust and water.

As a generally techie person, I always get my hands dirty. All my tools from my trusty Gerber multi-tool and Switztool screwdriver to my Nitecore and Streamlight LED tasklights, all are designed to whistand some crud in the workplace. But more than that, it's nice to know that I can give my tools a soapy bath later. With the XZ, my phone is no longer an exception. This is how everyday gadgets should be engineered.

I love the size of the screen Easy to use. The camera produces really nice photo.

The screen is fantastic. I have difficulty reading a newspaper without glasses, but I can read the Z in direct sunlight and without glasses!

Being a kayaker the waterproof nature of the unit is very important. I only have to worry about not dropping it in the sea!

The fact I can take a video of the wildlife in my pond is bloody amazing! Seeing newts, frogs and fish in their own environment is brilliant.
