Xperia Z3 Compact sound settings

Hey!
I recently purchased a X3C but have a encountered a couple of problems ...
I often listen to music through my SBH20 (bluetooth earphones). The problem is that when I receive a text no sound plays that notifies that. If I have the ringer volume ON, it's ringing in both the earphone and from the speaker on the phone. This, I do not want.
Additionally, I wonder if there is any easy way to control the sound from the Messenger app (when you receive a message, not the sound when writing) without having to go into the app settings every time you want to change it?

What I want is...
- To hear notifications of text messages and other messages in only earphones while they are connected via Bluetooth (even when the notifying sound is set to 0%)
- Only hear the ring signal in the earphones and not from the handset speaker while they are connected via Bluetooth (even when the the ringer volume is set to 0%)
- Adjust Messenger app sound notifications without having to go into the app settings.
