Is there a way to not loose them if you factory reset?? Mine I don't care but my wife's z3 needs a fact reset, any ideas?? With out SD card only let's her transfer 21 photos but not the Annie n landscape videos... Thanks

You can try uploading them to Google Photos or Google Drive.

Thanks I see the Google drive does back them up cool I'll try that,, thanks
