Xperia Z3 MMS messaging not automatically downloading

I have my phone set to automatically download MMS messages and it is not doing it. Anyone else having this problem

I'm having the same problem, but I have the Z1 compact. I just did the software update and it started. I also now can't send MMS either

I seen something about the apn protocol settings under apn and it still doesn't work for me.

Has anyone figured this out? My mms is not working now either. I've tried Hangouts and Textra.
