I am a network admin for my company as well as in charge of all the cell phones. We are doing some moving around and upgrading of some employees to Galaxy S6's and Note 4's; the Electify's are being passed down the line. I am trying to get them all upgraded to the lastest and greatest official release. I have four of them that upgraded to official 4.4.2 no problem. However, I have one that I factory reset, cleared the cache, and still cannot get to upgrade to 4.4.2 on Wi-Fi or via the Motorola software? Phone says up-to-date?
Anyone have an ideas?
