The specs say that it does support OTG: LG Stylo 2 - Specs and Features. What problem are you having?

The Stylo 2 supports OTG. The Stylus 2 doesn't. Strange and regrettable, but true.
The Stylus 2 can be made OTG capable only by rooting it, then using Root Browser to navigate to
/sys/devices/soc/78db000.usb/power_supply/usb/usb_otg
changing state from 0 to 1, and saving,
then going to
/sys/devices/soc/78db000.usb/dpdm_pulldown_enable
and changing from disabled to enabled
and finally
/sys/devices/soc/78db000.usb/power_supply/usb/dp_dm
changing from 0 to 1.
These changes enable OTG but disable charging. Rebooting the phone resets it to normal mode with no OTG, charging enabled.
This is not a procedure for the fainthearted. If you were cleverer than me you could probably write a script to do it automatically.
Wish LG would get their act together. The Stylus 2 is a good machine, if a little slow.
