Yahoo E Mail Account Not Working-Does On Compter???

I have a couple of Yahoo accounts and changed all passwords when had security breach. Had issue and changed password on one and now can not sign in to that account on Samsung email program. Get this error message:
Unable To Set Up Account-an incorrect username or password has been entered or pop3/imap is not turned on for this account. Check your account settings or contact service provider
I have correct username and password!
I also tried on Outlook Application on Samsung and keep getting error when signing in.
Called AT&T and they said Yahoo Server. Said only way is to use their application and no way. I am not going to have separate applications for emails.
What is the story and any fixes or solutions?

I've had the same problem for a while now. I caved and got the Yahoo Mail app., which kind of sucks. Not happy with the whole Yahoo Mail experience, tired of getting a security warning every time I sign on. Because of these factors, I'm transitioning to having my main email mailbox on GMAIL.

Found the solution!
Log on to Yahoo.com on computer and do not go to mail-stay on home page. Go to settings or account info-then go to Account Security-Then find last setting "Allow apps that use less secure sign in" if that is off then turn it on-if it is check on, then shut off and put back on.
It worked for me!!!!
What a pain but now works!
