yahoo email notification

using the stock yahoo email i am not getting my notifications on the notification bar, i have tried to set at "push", 5min, 15 min, nothing. i send test messages and they download only when i open the stock yahoo mail app.

i have fiddled enough, anyone have a solution to try?

Gmail notifications are fine

I didn't think yahoo was pushed. When I first set up my Inc almost 2 years ago you had to have Yahoo Plus (a paid feature) in order to set up your Yahoo mail as an exchange type server. Or maybe it was that you had to have Yahoo Plus in order to forward it to your gmail. One or the other, either way I never found a suitable solution so I pretty much abandoned my Yahoo. Its been relegated now to a huge spam account.

I had the incredible also and did not have yahoo plus and my mail came through all the time with no problems .

I just now starting to get notifications for some reason ,I don't know what I did but it works now seems

well it seems that only email generated from gmail are the only immediate notifications i get. all other email does not give notification or download in yahoo mail unless i open the app, or hit refresh in the app..... why won't this thing work right?????????????? AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!
