Yahoo Mail has lost it's mind in HTC Mail Client

I'm not sure, but this might be a new email problem.

Suddenly I have 5 or 6 emails from a Gmail account showing up in the HTC mail app in my Yahoo acct. Some of those messages have been deleted from the Gmail acct. in the same app. One of those messages shows as unread and each time I try to delete it from the mail Yahoo screen the app crashes immediately. If I open the delete screen from the Menu button none of those Gmail messages show up at all in the Delete screen. I'm baffled and busy as crap today. Maybe some of you guys have some good suggestions or at least that's what I'm hoping for.

I had this happen sometime last week or week before. I had to delete my email accounts and re-add them. (UGH!!)

Anyone know of a solution?

try "force stop" email

I was having trouble with loading individual emails, but was seeing the brief snippets. After 3 days of frustration, I tried "forced stop" under the email set-up screen and then relaunched the Yahoo mail app. It worked! It only took a few seconds and was very easy. I should have tried this earlier!

Deleting and re-adding them did not work for me....Neither did the forcestop thing! Don't really want to add another Yahoo app that'll take up more memory and not having the option to delete the native mail app to save some precious internal memory.... HTC??? PLEASE FIX THIS.....Thanks goodness my job doesn't rely on my email being pushed to my phone... I'm sure some people do and they need this to work.

Did the uninstall/reinstall work for you? Maybe that's the solution...

My email is not working anymore since yesterday and have started using yahoo mail app and it's good! But I still need it for my work email though! It happened the day after I got the upgrade fix.
