Yahoo notification

So even after setting her phone to silent, vibrate, making the notification sound silent, and any other option I can think of, when my gf receives an email from Yahoo, her phone still goes off, and loudly. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks.

Uninstall the app? I don't know how to otherwise fix this issue, but I think an uninstall would do it.

Are you using the Yahoo app? It has it's own settings. I just use the default mail app. If that' what you're using, open the mail app, go to the app's settings, tap on the yahoo account, and set the notification options there.

Yahoo has its own settings and a setting for each email address. It is under settings, account settings, notification in the app. Set the notification to silent.
