Android Central Question

I bought the Samsung Galaxy s9+ when it first came out. Ever since, I've had a yellow tint issue with it. When I unlock my phone, it will be yellow in a corner then as soon as I touch the screen, the whole thing turns yellow. When the system updates come out, it's fixed until my battery dies or the phone is powered off. As soon as I turn it back on, then yellow tint crap happens again.
I have tried restarting, booting into safe mode, wipeing the catches, turning blue light filter on and off, turning auto brightness off, messing with the colors.... nothing ive tried works except for a system update which is really inconvenient when there isn't a new update available. What else can I do?

When you say messing with colors, did that include changing the display mode? I know basic mode has a yellowish tint to it.

I did try that, it didn't help. The weird thing to me is that the system update fixes it until the phone powers off or I reset it.

I'll move this to S9 for comments from other users.

From the swipe down settings, is your "Blue Light Filter" turned on? If so, turn it off and the yellowish hue will go away. It is a great feature when reading in low light, but really annoying for just about everything else
