You Don't Have Any Devices

Help me please.

HTC Sensation 4g
I can access the Market with the app and download apps and they even show up in my online market.android library after I download them.
But when I try to browse the market from my computer when i choose an app it has "You don't have any devices" on the left side of the page and will not let me download the app.

It worked when i first got it but recently started this in past 3 days.

Device is Showing up correctly now

I just pulled up the market.android web page and it now shows my device.
Have no idea why it works now but it does.
I do not have that issue anymore.

I have galaxy note 10.1 gt-8000 .i bought from china.
i can not downloud from play store
play store tell me that do not have any devices
