Your phone companion not available

Anyone ever run across where the Windows app Your Phone Companion shows to be installed but there's no icon for it and you cannot open it? Thanks

Ahhh, yes. Duh. I'll try it that way tonight. Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees.

I just looked under "Connections" and it was at the very bottom under "Looking for something else?" I clicked that and it came right up - now that brings me to my question? I use it for photo transfer to my Microsoft SurfacePro 7 but it only opens one folder on the phone, the DCIM/Camera/ folder and there's no way to select anything else (which isn't a big deal at the moment, as all my photos from the phone are already on the PC and I only shoot to DCIM/Camera) - still!!! ???

Damned... I looked, and looked... how about "Jim's SurfacePro-7" - it changed the name once I made my 1st connection from "Link to Windows" to that!
