I have seen a couple must have apps, best cases, threads but would like to see a thread with your priorities in what you do with your phone.

What to list = You just got your HTC one, what are the most important things you do to/for it?
Ex:

Taking into account not just apps, or cases, or one particular thing; I'm essentially asking,

3. Nova launcher. Lets me use Flipboard instead of Blinkfeed. Also lets me shrink my icons, use a five-column screen and have a scrollable dock, all of which I was accustomed to on my jailbroken iPhone 5.

They are ultra photon torpedos.

I thought those were Quantum torpedoes....and if it has photon torpedoes, where are the phaser banks???? This is the ultimate in conceal carry protection!!!

Good news guys. After several hours of digging through menus I found the feature. The better news... 0 kickback. I love this phone more every day. Only downside, battery is spent after five volleys. I'll be ordering an external battery pack tomorrow.
