YouTube app doesn't want to load video on Wi-Fi.

Basically my YouTube app doesn't want to load the ad so I can watch the video that I chose. It just gets stuck in the loop that I attached to this post. Also for some reason videos are generally taking longer too load. I know that when I load them on 4G I don't have any problems. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Does this happen on any wi-fi network, or just your home network?

Haven't tried in other Wi-Fi but my guess will be only my home Wi-Fi
