YouTube App Question

Hello, I'm a total newb with this whole Smartphone thing, I have the Inspire and I used to have a YouTube app on my screen that was a little rectangle thing (like shown in the image below) and showed the Most Viewed videos. I accidentally deleted it and don't know how to get it back, I can put the app on the screen but it shows only the little square icon instead of the rectangle thingy.

How can I get it back?

Hold screen window pops up select widget select UT widget. See if that works. If not open app drawer go to Widgets and select it
