I don't think YouTube's app has worked once for me since 232. Anyone else see our solve this?

It has only worked for me when I use the app and search... It doesn't load any videos from a homepage or anything on startup I get a 404 load error

Would the ics leak have updated YouTube as well? I don't have the leak on my Bionic, but I know there is a different version of the app for ics. It came with the ota update on my Razr. Maybe it'll be something as simple as updating/re-installing YouTube?

I have no problems... My son that is 2 uses YouTube to watch cartoons and monster trucks and tractors daily.

It works flawlessly for at least 30 to 60 min at a time.

No problems here either. I've used it directly, through links, and on webtop.

Works fine for me.

.232 on my bioinc and I've watched YouTube through the browser (I believe Dolphin Browser), and through the app without a problem.

I haven't had any problems with the app either, but when I reboot my phone I do get a sign in error specifically from the YouTube app. Occasionally, I will get the same error without rebooting but once I open it everything is fine and my user info is already in there. Not sure why, but it isn't a final build and I haven't had any major issues so I'm good.

Thanks for the comments. I tried clearing cache and data for the app and that fixed it. Hope that helps someone else.

Wondering if anyone is still having this issue? Tried clearing the cache and data. Also tried uninstalling the updates. I still get "Youtube is not responding, would you like to close it".

Okay, when I was running. 232 I had no problems at all with YouTube, but since upgrading to. 247 I can't get anything to load. I've tried clearing app data and cache, still no good. Rebooting doesn't help either. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your replies!

I had to side load flash and youtube works fine now.

When I tried to side load flash, it didn't work. I went to the Google Play store from my computer and searched for it there (since it doesn't show up when using the phone app on ICS). When I found it, I could push the installation to my phone via the computer when I clicked to install.* It loaded up perfectly.

*You don't connect your phone to the computer. Clicking "install" on the Play's website from a computer lets you choose which registered device you want to install on, then the phone will start to download the app via the data connection or wifi and install itself that way.

Except that Flash is no longer in the Play Store.

I also noticed I now have to manually update Flash from the Play Store in All Apps for both my Bionic on ICS 247 and my Xoom with ICS.

It does not show up in the "INSTALLED" tab, but it does show it in the "ALL" tab under My Apps in the Play Store.
