YouTube Buffering Issue under T-Mobile

Okay. For those of you who are on T-Mobile, and have Note 4 and maybe another devices, I'm curious do you guys experience buffering? It used to work great without any issue until they announced BingeOn, wondering if anybody has found a solution to this yet?
