I think that's only available through the desktop site and iOS Mobile app right now. Not on the Android app as of yet.

Yeah sucks they would add dark mode for the iOS version and not for Android. Been like this for awhile too I don't understand why they can't add it already.

You'll need to use substratum or one of the themed YouTube apps.
