I read a few weeks ago on Android Central that YouTube had a 1440p option for phones that had a 2K display, if that was true they actually added 1440p before they added 1080p.

But I'm glad to help you guys that this feature exists, sadly my internet is too slow to play 1080p video, 720p is okay for me.

Galaxy Family: only S5 (FULL HD) from what i know
