Youtube freezes and lockes phone note 4

Sometimes when im on YouTube my phone will freeze and sende to the lock screen i have tried a factory reset and it still does it

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to the App Manager, select YouTube, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, the Force Stop. If that doesn't help, try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-14686

I have tried both multiple times and it still does it

Is YouTube preinstalled on the phone? If so, try booting into Safe Mode, to see if some other 3rd party app is interfering. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-14673
