YouTube music not working and other YouTube issues.

Has anyone else been having issues with YouTube premium today? In YouTube music I get playback errors whenever I try to play any audio and when I play a music video the quality looks like a dialup connection (I'm on wifi and 4G LTE). In addition to this, on YouTube background play isn't working, no videos play in HD etc. This issue occurs on my LG V40 and Xbox one. On my laptop I can play music on YouTube fine. Any suggestions? YouTube support so far is clueless.

Not having a problem here. Can you ask other people around you to see if they have the same problem?
