Recently switched over from an iPhone 3GS to the Galaxy S4 a few weeks back. I've never expected my 3GS to load youtube videos quick because it is such an old phone running on a 3G network. I did expect my S4 to to load HD videos seamlessly on its LTE network. This was NOT the case.
Speedtest.net constantly says my connection is well above 18Mbps, and surfing the web and downloading apps are extremely quick no matter where I am. Youtube seems to buffer whether it's streaming HD or SD every 20 seconds or so even though it appears the video has already buffered 20% ahead of itself.
What is going on? Why is this brand new phone having problems streaming videos when I've seen other older phones on the same network stream videos without any problems?
