Youtube only works on wifi..

I can't find where to change the settings for network or wifi in youtube. I can browse the videos but they won't play on 3g/4G.

Hmm did you do menu> settings> applications> all> find you tube and do a clear cache, clear data and a force stop. Go back and reopen it and see what happens. I dont think there is a setting to pick weather you want it to play on a specific network, just the quality of the video.

I too am having the same issue for two days now.

I have cleared cache and force stopped, still having the issue.

wi-fi works fine.

sadly my work day has dragged since I'm without my daily dose of silly videos.

Twice, and I also tried the web site and i tried not logging in to youtube. No difference, but when I put it on wifi it works perfectly.

I ave a post on this forum with the same issue. I woke up last Sunday and could not get wifi on LTE Network. WiFi worked perfect. I thought the problem had something to do wiith AT&T fllipping the switch on their LTE Network. I live in Boston where AT&T just opened it's LTE Network. I opened a work ticket on Verizon with this problem and as of this AM my YouTube is working great on my LTE Network. I hope this turns around for you, it must be something with either the network or the app.

That is strange. It has been working fine for me on either 3G or WiFi
