Is anyone else having trouble moving youtube around your screen when is in pip mode?

It stays in the bottom corner. If I try to move it it goes away.

Swipe it to the bottom then exit to home screen should be little box on the home screen

I get that but I used to be able to move it anywhere on the screen. Now it only stays in one spot and if I try to move it it goos away.

I'm not having any issues moving around the window. When I exit out of YouTube with the video playing it'll automatically open in picture in picture. And I can move around or position anywhere on the screen.

I'm watching/listening to YouTube right now while browsing this forum and can move around the YouTube window no problem.

That's what I was trying to figure out.

I've also had trouble with Google maps sometimes when rotating. It will stick on the screen and just flash on and off.

This is why I'm trying to get my phone replaced.

I just watched the first link and it didn't record what it was doing. That is weird. The previous screen was flashing over the home screen but it didn't show it on the screen record

Not necessarily, try safe mode

I had the same issue on One UI 3 /A11 beta but it seems to work now I am on stable build.

Yup, that's definitely not right. This is what I do in a situation like this...

If I where in your shoes I would factory reset, remove the case, get that S-Pen far away from the device, and clean the device with a soft microfiber rag and a good glass cleaner like Stoners. If it still does it, see my above video!

Before factory reset I would try setting the refresh back and forth from 120 to 60 or vice versa...
