Youtube.. Pausing... Lag...?

Is there a fix to stop youtube from constantly pausing every few seconds.... Not sure if this is because of the android update and its messing up my wifi... But i can't watch a youtube video without it constantly stopping... Any suggestions?

Do you mean buffering, with the rotating arrow showing on the screen? Are you trying to use too high a quality setting, which may be outstripping your wifi download speed? Nevertheless, your wifi speed would have to be a fairly low single digit for it to be unable to keep up. A speed-testing app from the Play Store will measure it.
Have you tried a router reset, in case the trouble lies there?

Yes buffering... Anything dealing with streaming buffers... I don't know if its the new marshmallow update or this replacement phone.... Youtube, spotify, tidal, amazon music.... I'm sitting in the same room with my router and everything buffers... Driving me nuts

I should have thought that it was more likely to be a problem with the router, or something further than that rather than nearer, unless other devices work okay. Have downloaded your ISP app, so that you can use that to troubleshoot?

Mine is slow too. Somehow I think it has to do with the wifi on the phone. Switch it off and try watching it on 4g. It will load immediately. Not sure how to fix this. It drives me crazy as well.
