Youtube Remove Videos from a Playlist

I'm looking at this link:

, which says:

Go to the Account tab in the YouTube app.
Select the playlist you'd like to edit.
Tap Menu (three dots) next to the video you want to remove.
Tap Remove.

I don't have this "Remove" option. I only have:

1. Add to Watch Later
2. Add to Playlist
3. Share..

There is no god damn remove button

In the YouTube app, tap your profile tab (the person icon at the right), then tap the playlist under your Library (A-Z) section. You should now see a list of your videos. Tap the overflow menu associated with any of the videos and select the "Remove from [playlist]" option.

What you're doing is trying to access the Remove option while playing a video that's in the playlist -- the Remove option isn't available there.
