YouTube upload issues

I keep trying to upload videos recently to YouTube and it just sits there. All it does is say upload pending. I've tried several different times.

Does that happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Open YouTube, tap Menu>Settings>General>Uploads, and make sure it isn't set to "Only when on Wi-Fi" (i.e., if you're trying to upload on mobile data).
