Answered my own question:

Z1 5.67 x 2.91 x .33 in
Z1s 5.74 x 2.91 x .34 in

Z1s is longer due to larger battery.

I believe the headphone jack is in a different location as well.

Headphone jack and rear top mic are in different spots. T-Mobile.com is the only place I have found Z1S cases.

Doh, I just ordered a case from a listing on ebay that listed Z1 and Z1s compatible... emailed the guy about it w/ the dimensions. Hope he doesn't ship it.

I was also looking around on eBay, and it seems like most of them seems like not for z1s.
I double check by looking at where the hole for headjack is on the case to veryfy it myself xD

I bought the blue Body Glove case at the T Mobile store for my Z1s. Definitely got ripped off in terms of price, but I wasn't gonna risk carrying the phone without a case, glass back and all. I miss my Spigen case that I had for my Nexus 5, but being that this phone is an exclusive on only one carrier, I highly doubt we'll see a lot of accessories for it.

Originally brought the Body Glove with the kickstand but notice a few days later the soft touch was peeling off. But ended up exchanging it for the tech21 but yeah I agree it is a rip off

I had to get a universal case from Frys for the weekend. Paranoid about scratching my new phone.

I loved the Trident 3 pc case on my S4. I hope they start producing soon.

I noticed that on the ebay item the camera and flash cutout were positioned differently so I held off.

Yeah, I got a refund for the ebay Z1 case and marked the package RTS. Love the tech21 case but again, way overpriced but still a small price to pay to protect my $600 phone... hahaha

Which Tech21 case, I've seen two on the TMo site. One is described as having a cover. The other is the Tactical Shell. I got the tactical shell and it would be perfect except for one thing....it covers the magnetic connector so I can't use a magnetic charging cable. If it wasn't for this one small flaw, it would be pretty perfect. I'll keep using it until something better comes along (hopefully).

The lack of accessories is literally the only bad thing about this phone. It's a shame that Sony phones aren't on more carriers in the US. I doubt accessory support for a carrier exclusive will be extensive.

I broke down and got the Tech21 Tactical from tmo. Nice case, good feel, does not support magnetic charging dock.

I also contacted Trident and they have no plans to produce a case for this phone.

ballistic has a case for the z1-z1s also incipio has a case por z1 cost me like 25 bucks but totaly worth it , also seidio has a case called dilex for the z1s impact proof according to the page, and on amazon a seller called kwmobile a german seller i think, ive heard and been checking out something called love mei but i dont know i dont trust all the features they promote , the tech21 with d30 looks great
