Sorry about this thread, I don't know where else to put this.

I'm pretty much stuck on which device to get. For the past two years, I've been stuck on my Xperia U; literally the worst phone I've ever used. However, I still have hope in Sony, since it was their first phone since they ditched Ericsson and it was the budge end of the range.
I saw the Z1 Compact's design, specs and features and the Z2's features, design and specs and I was really impressed and wowed because I was previously looking at the S4 and Nexus 5.

I'm pretty much settled on the Z1 Compact and Z2 since they're both within my price range, if I cut some corners. If I pay monthly, the Z2 will be a refurbished handset so it won't include the noise cancelling handset :( but it is cheaper, around £60 cheaper than it being unlocked. If I buy the Z1 Compact, it will be £150 more expensive unlocked than pay monthly but if I PAYG, it will be £114 more expensive than pay monthly. (This is all including the cost of a PAYG sim/Pay monthly contract over a span of 2 years so it is a approximation). I'm trying to move away from the tiny 3.5 screen of the U but I can easily handle a screen size of a Note 3 so I don't mind if it is large, so I'm not sure about which one to get. My hands aren't that big either, but ^ yea. Help me decide xD thanks.

I'm not sure if it is an option for you. But you could wait and get the Z3 compact. That is the phone I would get if I was looking at the z1 compact.

I love my z2 though. Perfect size for my hands and eyes.

I was looking for an unlocked phone that would work with t-mobile. The Z2 was the one for me. It had all the bands that they use in their network. if I decide to go with at&t in the future I'll be able to do that as well. It's a nice device and the battery life is great!

I love my z2, if I had of know the z3 was coming out I might of waited, but I'm happy with the z2 and highly recommend it x
